Please Note: Guests are strictly forbidden from wearing any white, cream, or ivory attire (except for traditional men's white dress shirts beneath suits).

ACCOMMODATION

To ensure your comfort and convenience, luxury lodging is available both on-site at the estate and within the immediate surrounding area.

Important Lodging Allocation Policy:

• Our wedding festivities are hosted at the River Venue. Accommodations have been partitioned by estate management to ensure availability for our guests.

• Kindly note that you may only book accommodation allocated to the River Venue.

• Room allocations linked to the Forest Venue will remain locked until 3 months prior to the wedding date, subject to vacancy.

• Note: Any guest reservations submitted for Forest Venue suites before the 3-month open release period will automatically be canceled by the venue administrators.

To maintain complete hospitality synchronization, we will not host a public RSVP button layout. Instead, our invited family and friends will receive unique, personalized private tracking form links via text or email closer to the official deadline date.

Yes, we absolutely encourage you to capture as many memories as possible! We only ask that you remain deeply courteous of our professional media team. Please look behind you to ensure you aren't blocking their camera sightlines, and kindly refrain from stepping out into the aisles or blocking paths to take photos during the ceremony and reception events.

Gecko Ridge operates under strict security protocols to maintain the safety and comfort of our event. Only guests whose names are pre-approved and listed on the official security register will be granted entry at the estate gates. Regrettably, any unlisted attendees will be turned away by venue security personnel at the perimeter parameters without exception.

Due to capacity limitations at our venue, we are only able to accommodate the specific names listed on your digital RSVP configuration. Thank you for your understanding.
